Frisk Arctic Omega-3 Pure Fish Oil is a dietary supplement with fish oil from wild-caught Arctic cod (Gadus morhua). The product contains marine omega-3 fatty acids like DHA and EPA, as well as vitamin A and vitamin D3.
The capsules are suitable for those who want omega-3 in a convenient capsule form, without the taste of oil. The product can be used by both children and adults according to the recommended dosage.

Frisk Arctic Omega-3 Pure Fish Oil is made from fish oil from wild-caught Arctic cod. The product contains the omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA in their natural form.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA.
The product also contains vitamin A and vitamin D. Vitamin A and vitamin D contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
The fish oil is ORIVO-verified for documented species, origin, and purity. The capsules are made with halal-certified bovine gelatin.

Ingredients
Cod liver oil from wild cod (Gadus morhua) (fish), capsule (gelatin, stabiliser (glycerol)), retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), antioxidant (mixed tocopherols).
Halal capsule: halal-certified bovine gelatin.
Usage and dosage
Recommended daily dose:
- 6–11 years: 1–2 capsules daily
- From 12 years and older: 2–4 capsules daily
Take with food, preferably a meal containing fat.
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
