Frisk Arctic Omega-3 for the whole family – Lemon is a liquid omega-3 dietary supplement made from cod liver oil from wild-caught Arctic cod (Gadus morhua). The product contains the omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA in natural form, as well as vitamin D3.
The product has a lemon flavor and is suitable for families who want a liquid alternative to capsules. The oil can be taken directly or mixed into smoothies, food, or drinks.

Frisk Arctic Omega-3 for the whole family – Lemon is made from cod liver oil from wild-caught Arctic cod and contains DHA and EPA in natural form.
DHA contributes to maintaining normal brain function and normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA.
The product is supplemented with vitamin D3. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
The fish oil is ORIVO-verified for documented origin and species.
Packaging size: 200 ml. Flavor: lemon.
Ingredients
Cod liver oil from wild cod (Gadus morhua) (fish), natural lemon flavor, antioxidant (DL-alpha-tocopherol), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).
Usage and dosage
Recommended daily dose: 5 ml daily for adults and children over 3 years.
Use a measuring cup or teaspoon to measure 5 ml. If necessary, adults can take a double dose, 10 ml per day.
Take with food, preferably a meal containing fat. Due to the mild lemon flavor, the oil can also be mixed into smoothies, shakes, or food.
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of reach of small children.
Best stored in the refrigerator after opening and used within 1–2 months.
