Frisk Arctic Omega-3 for the whole family – DHA & EPA is a liquid omega-3 based on cod liver oil from wild-caught Arctic cod (Gadus morhua). The product contains the omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA in natural form, as well as vitamin D3.
The product is suitable for families who want a liquid alternative to capsules, and can be taken directly or mixed into food, smoothies, or drinks.

The product is made from cod liver oil from wild-caught Arctic cod and contains DHA and EPA in their natural form. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA.
The product is fortified with vitamin D3. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal bones.
The fish oil is ORIVO-verified for documented species and origin. Each batch is independently tested to provide extra assurance regarding raw material and quality.
Packaging size: 200 ml. Flavor: natural.
Ingredients
Cod liver oil from wild cod (Gadus morhua) (fish), antioxidant (DL-alpha-tocopherol), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).
Use and dosage
Recommended daily dose: 5 ml daily for adults and children over 3 years.
Use a measuring cup or teaspoon to measure 5 ml. If necessary, adults can take a double dose, 10 ml per day.
Take with food, preferably a meal containing other fats. Due to its mild taste, the oil can also be mixed into smoothies, shakes, or food.
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
Store best in the refrigerator and use within 1–2 months after opening.
